What is Flow?
Flow describes a mental state of bliss.
The Hungarian psychologist MIHÁLYO CSIKSZENTMIHÁLYI coined the term 'flow' to to describe a state of complete dedication to an activity that is exactly between over- and underload.
The embodiment of flows is a child playing that identifies with his game to an extent that it forgets everything around him and becomes one with the role.
Experiences of flow create a desire to repeat the state. Those who experience flow in their professional lives are truly lucky. In order to benefit from the state of flow, one needs to find an activity that resonates with the inner vibrations.
